Knee Surgery Gone Wrong Leads to Lawsuit

He had been having problems with one of his knees, and decided that it was time to have the surgery done. After the procedure, my father was experience pain in BOTH of his knees. Well he went back to the doctor and they discovered that the surgery had been performed on the wrong knee. What a joke! I told him to call an Indiana Medical Malpractice Attorney to help him in his lawsuit against the hospital. He took my advice and won the lawsuit! He received exactly what he was asking for. He even received money for pain and suffering!
