Trying to Lower the Payments

I asked her what she was needing to do, and she told me that she wanted to pick up some information on how to consolidate debts, so we would be able to make a few less payments each month. I told her that it sounded like a good idea. I told her that if they were not open by the time that she got there, then I would go in the morning to pick it up.
