I don’t usually like sarcasm in print, but this article was well done.

But i just don’t understand the obsession with Tebow. I’m a religious man and a huge fan of fantasy football advice, but I just don’t get it. Plenty of players use religion — Tebow is just the only one who likes to tell everyone about it.

Personally, when I was an athlete, I felt prayer about winning a game seemed shallow and vain. If you want to do so that is your right, but who is Tebow to tell the world that God cares about the outcome of a football game?

I think I am on the right track. I have had about 12 job interviews in the last 3 weeks, even while avoiding oil and gas which is the only industry that is doing really well in this economy. (No offense to Warren, but my whole family works in oil/gas and that’s definitely not my thing). I’ve also worked full time in technical roles every summer and had a part time campus job every semester while getting top grades. Grant is right, real world work experience is incredibly valuable, and I honestly think it should be easier for people to get that kind of real world experience in college and even high school.

Hard work does pay off… but I think it’s fair question to ask if the game is becoming unnecessarily hard. My school has already cut financial aid and scholarships to incoming students, and I could have never afforded my education and the opportunities it has provided without those scholarships and other forms of assistance. Asking a high school student to pay 30k to 50k PER YEAR to get a valuable degree when they can only find a job a McDonalds is a pretty ridiculous expectation, and there are only scholarships for a small handful of students.

My Analysis On “Nit”

I respectfully disagree. This is absolutely passed through the schools. And even the most educated of parents may not necessarily know that their child has it in the first place or has not gotten rid of it even after many treatments. Therefore, a no-nit policy would only be a partial preventative measure at best since it may appear to have been completely treated only to discover it has not weeks later. But nonetheless, the only real preventative measure to enfore to help prevent it from spreading.

I do agree with the fact that doctors/pediatricians need to take on more of a role in this area. I was given very matter-of-fact advice goddess. This issue did not appear to be taken seriously. Believe me, this is very tramatic for the child and can be for the mother as well…did you know in most cases the mothers end up getting as well however fathers do not?

You are right on. People should be able to tell the difference between news and commentary. But seriously can we rely on people to take on this job. If that is the case we wouldn’t be seeing people who have medicare/aid(government entitlement) proclaiming we don’t want government intervention. What an irony. The beauty advice of the truth is that it applies both ways. I see Beck and Bill as informed commentators yet the difference is Beck calls Marxist/Socialist/Communist at every twist and turn and Bill doesn’t. By looking at your avatar i can guess with the onset of this administration your liberty,freedom,constitutional rights are in danger…..But even you know that its now true.
