antioxidants

Eating healthy is great if you like what you are eating. Sometimes it takes some getting used to especially if you are accustumed to eating junk all day. But most people do not realize that a lot of healthy foods are actually really good. I personally love berries. All kinds but especially blueberries. Not only that but blueberries have a lot of the best antioxidants. They have tons of them. They are also extremely healthy. All berries are. I just happen to like blueberries the most. But there are tons of other healthy foods that taste great. Also there are a lot of ways to make the same things you were already eating, a lot more healthy.
