It is a plan based on following an eleven day cycle and then taking days off to do whatever you want. I like that part, I never have to think farther ahead than just eleven days until I can eat what I want. This plan has a really goofy name, it is called fatloss4idiots but they can call me anything they want because this foolproof plan is really working for me and the cycles go so fast. I am actually enjoying this because the results are so easy to see and feel.
