Need Some Help with My Baby and Sleeping

I am exhausted and I feel like I can not take much more of this! I really need some help with baby sleeping. I would like to figure out what is going on with my baby and how I can get him to sleep better. I have an appointment set up with our doctor but in the mean time I have been looking online to see what other been there done that moms are saying.
