Taking the Onyx Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Seriously

May 31, 2009 on 7:55 am | By admin | In Health | No Comments

When my grandfather was diagnosed with COPD, he came to live next door to us. He was able to be alone for most of the day and he preferred it that way. Mom or Dad would check on him frequently and it wasn’t a bad arrangement. He got an Nonin Onyx Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and would check his oxygen levels often. So, he had a good idea when he wasn’t doing well, by knowing how he felt and reading the meter. Mom and Dad convinced him that this arrangement can go on a long time, as long as he pays attention and takes the readings seriously.
